The last three minutes of 10th episode...

Unfortunately, there's no sound in the last three minutes in my copy of 10th episode of "Gibel Imperii"... Can somebody, who has a perfectly working copy, explain to me, what was said? Especially, what was the deal with that lady from the beginning of the 1st episode? What's more, she was bald in 10th... *confused*
