Okay, so the Kiyoshi Kurosawa spot is very credible......but something has just freaked me out at 1hr23'55 (UK running), where she is running through the alley...look closely at people and there is a man backing away to hide....its difficult to be sure as its all very quick, but that looks like Tsukamoto Shinya in the white top, no?
