The Fabulous Shirley Jones Was a Hoot in This Film!

Wow, after seeing Ms. Jones in such great films as "Oklahoma," "Elmer Gantry," and, of course, as Mrs. Partridge in "The Partridge Family" tv series, she was also terrific as Bea, the "slightly" over-sexed septuagenarian in "Grandma's Boy."

Wasn't it uproariously funny when she recounted her past amorous encounters with Charlie Chaplin, Bud Abbott and Lou Costello? However, my favorite line of Ms, Jones', was when she told the young guy that he was "just like Don Knotts," when he suggested that they spend some "quality time," by engaging in a certain "number game." (I'll say no more.)
