No 64 on The Times' Top 100 Films of the Noughties


My girlfriend and I are watching through all the top 100 films of the last decade (from The Times newspaper) and this was at number 64.

While this film was alright, it really shouldn't have been anywhere near a list of the best films of the decade in my opinion. Not a bad idea for a film, but it was all just a bit boring. I was surprised that so little of the film was actually about the selling of the child and getting it back - it probably would have been more interesting if had focused on this rather than following round Bruno being a petty criminal. In fact, it would have been better if it had followed round BrĂ¼no (a.k.a. Sacha Baron Cohen)!
