Did you understand the movie at all?

I wasn't thrilled to see the movie at first. It was an assignment for one of my classes at the university. But I just watched it and I'm just really sad that people clearly don't understand it.
"Caotica Ana" is indeed chaotic but isn't that the way we see the world using our emotions? Maybe I'm too open-minded, maybe I'm too emotional but I didn't see anything 1.political, 2.sensless.
Did you even connect the first and the last scene of the movie? I'm refering to the falcon (hunter, masculine, proud and cocky) and the american polititian (resposible for war, killing, etc.). They both get a s*it in the face and then (try to) kill a being much weaker than themselves (the dove - beautiful, fragile, feminine, or Ana - "the mother of all the good men"). Who's the winner in this situation? I'm not a femminist but we live in a world where masculinity is ruling.
About the so-called scenes without any connection... Well if you can't see that, then I won't be the one to show it to you.
What my friend said about the movie and I plan on sharing:
"Pues, Caótica Ana es una película atrevida porque ha tratado sobre estos temas a sabiendas de que a priori son temas bastante poco populares y que cuentan con poquita o nada de aceptación por parte de la gente. Porque la gente se ha ido acostrumbrando a un tipo de películas previsibles, donde todo está claro y más cerca a lo superficial y , por tanto, más fácil de asimilar y soportar, digamos."
Anyway I know I probably didn't explain myself too well but I felt like defending this movie, since it emotioned me a lot and, belive it or not, it made me happy, at least for a while. I really don't want to insult the ones who didn't like it, I just shared my own oppinion.

P.S. Sorry about the spelling and grammar, I havn't practiced my english lately and I really don't have the time to do a spell check now :)
