Only "first world" citizens may think this is a comedy

That's all I have.

Only one funny sentence in the whole movie; the rest is plain truth, everyday life in hospitals here in South America. Bottom line, not a great movie, unless you don't know that reality, in which case you might find it interesting.

There's a lot of Romanian films that are so much better; I recommend Cristian Mungiu.
