there are a lot of movies deserving to be at the top 250. lagaan, RDB and Lage raho... to name a few. but i guess Indian movies dont make it there.

shareThis is just nonsense. How can you compare films of this caliber to such great, classic films such as The Wizard of Oz, Spirited Away, The Godfather, etc.? How could you put THIS movie on that list? I could understand such things as Pyaasa, but this, is just...no. Absurd. DDLJ is one of my campy favorites, but in no way does it even belong CLOSE to the top 250. RDB is filled with flaws, albeit it's a good movie. I'm Indian, btw.

i dont think soo, when i started watching godfather, the style of talking of these don like characters seems to be very intelligent. but after some time i got bored and i left the cinema. what they want to show that the heroe's in real world are dons and mafias?
Seriously.......I never could believe that bollywood could release such a good movie..it was just perfect..and you cant really compare it with mbbs, coz they are both extremely different(and excellent)..I agree 100% that it should be in the top 250.

i personally did not enjoy lrmb so much cuz after a few mins i felt as if i was watching mbbs again with the actors behaving in the same way they did in the 1st one and i have also grown tired of arshad warsi and his style of comedy. he acts in the same way in all his movies after mbbs was a hit. so IMO this does not deserve to be on the top 250. arshad warsi was much much much better in this movie called seher where he displays his acting talents. IMO RDB and Swades deserved to be on the top 250 cuz they are both thought provoking movies. not lage raho munnabhai.

I agree completely. This movie deserves to be in top 250! It was very well-made--- even more surprising that it is a SEQUEL. One would expect the makers to rehash the old storyline and give us a masala film. But this one was brilliantly refreshing, even while it retained key similarities to Munnabhai 1.

PS: And c'mon guys, DDLJ was a great movie but not really top 250. RDB was almost there but the ending let down the entire experience (I still did see it 3 times in the theatre!! The only time I ever did that)
