How this 'so-called' movie was REALLY made. You won't believe it!!!

You won't believe how this movie was really made... and this isn't even all of the story.

I happen to know for a fact that the makers of this 'piece-of-crap movie' (I will refer to this flic as that from here on) are giving positive remarks and topics on this IMDB board.

My cousin is involved with 'piece-of-crap movie'. He was so embarrased by it that he wanted "Von" to edit him (my cousin) out of 'piece-of-crap movie' . Von said "no way" and upset my cousin so much that he is actually thinking about a lawsuit. I advised him against it because that would only give free publicity to 'piece-of-crap' movie.

Anyhoo, After 'piece-of-crap movie' was done, Von sat down with everyone and encouraged them to leave positive comments on IMDB. My cousin said that everyone, except for a couple people, was so pissed off and embarrased at 'piece-of-crap' movie that they told him NO!, they would not endorce any part of 'piece-of-crap' movie. As a matter of fact, no one even wanted it released. Especialy the guy who got his dick bitten off. My Cousin said that the dude with the long hair was the only one out of everyone to do that scene because no one else would do it and that Von finally had to pay him $50 to do it and it still took 3 takes ( I thought the whole 'piece-of-crap movie' was a "1-take" home movie).

Also, word has it that the female zombie that got screwed threatened to take Von to court because von told her that if she didn't do the scene, he would fire her. According to my cousin, Von had some "dirt" on her that, if told, would ruin her reputation, morally. Apparently, 'piece-of-crap movie' wasn't the only flic where Von had captured her "in the buff". Her sister was heard saying that she only did that scene because Von had some home-movies of her "entertaining" a couple dudes at once and the 2 dudes and Von were the only people who knew the tape was running. Her brother also had a part in 'piece-of-crap movie' and was so embarrased about it that he moved away from everyone and his family.

So, here's the clicher, everyone; When it came time to make the DVD's, Von tried to force everyone, from the so-called actors, to the so-called crew, to fork over enough money to have them made or Von he was going to, are you ready people?: he was going to list the actual names of the actors. Yes people, the actors were so embarrsed by 'piece-of-crap movie' that they didn't even want thier real names in the credits. So the people that didn't give any money to Von to make the DVD's got thier real names listed in the credits AGAINST THIER WILL.

And while we're on the subject of making the DVD's, Seems they were a little short on money to make the DVD's so the rest of the people that didn't want thier real names credited in the movie volunteered to make copies from thier computers. You know how they got 'piece-of-crap movie' on thier computers? Wait 'till you hear this; While running 'piece-of-crap movie' from a super 8 movie projector viewing it from a white wall in Vons house, they taped it to a Digital camera and uploaded it on thier computers so they could copy 'piece-of-crap movie' to DVD's. So not only does 'piece-of-crap movie' look like crap, it actually looks worse (if you could imagine) because its a 2nd generation tape. Unbelievable.

Thier are tons more stories but I don't have time to list them all now. If you have any questions on how it was made, just ask me. My cousin and a couple other guys involved with 'piece-of-crap movie' will be glad to answer your questions.
Bye for now.

"Your little story is so far from the truth it's not even funny. I love seeing all the comments both good and bad, it's entertaining, but yours doesn't have 1 inkling of truth. Everything you wrote is pure lies, did you make this up as you wrote it ? Nothing you wrote has any merit of truth behind it, not a single line in your story is fact. Wherever or whoever you got your info from is totally wrong in every aspect. Before you start spewing stupid *beep* on this board you should really check out the facts, because you've done nothing but proven how mis-informed you really are. Again, everything you have written is totally false and doesn't have a single line of truth in it anywhere."

--Hahaha, too funny 'cos you kept saying the same thing over and over without actually giving reasons for your stance.

I keel you! Greet my donkey!

Why do we need some? Hmmm, perhaps to validate your argument.

It seems to me that if someone keeps repeating over and over how WRONG someone is, then there must be some personal vendetta going on.

I assume, jpg676, that you were involved to a degree with the production of the movie. Allow me to extend my heartfelt condolences in advance.

I presume this is Jayson,

Okay I took a look at htmfilms website - and, I'm afraid you're right, the trailer makes the film look awful, if I'm totally honest. Not one actor on display has a shred of credibility. But I am curious as to how many DVDs has sold through the website. I'm sure it was a blast to make, however, and of course everyone involved gets my respect for actually completing a film and daring to sell it. No easy feat, I know that myself.

Anyway, I'm ending the conversation here. Best of luck with everything.

Even though it can be fun, it's a chore to make a movie and get it out there, but that doesn't mean I'm giving credit to anyone who makes crap. A friend and his family spent 2 years making a low budget feature length film. I know a bit about the process and the difficulties involved. Last I heard they were trying to sell it to somewhere in Asia to recoup some of the production costs. Even they seem to know it's downright boring and wouldn't fault friends for an honest critique. It's not even listed on imdb, nor is the low-budget zombie short I was a background extra in for a day, which is probably student film mediocre at best (haven't seen finished product yet).

There are tons of low budget films and digital movies made every year and many of them are never seen outside of the filmmakers and their friends and family (which in many cases is a good thing for consumers). If a movie is badly made and not entertaining, no amount of 'we didn't have a budget' gives them a pass for making a really bad film. A good film can be made on a small budget despite the many difficulties involved. One important ingredient is a good script, another is a creative crew. DL seems to have had neither. If I make a noticeably awful microbudget film, I won't waste time defending it on imdb, I'll either move onto the next project with lessons learned or find another hobby.

can you say.... OWNED???

i like the movie. im tryin to break out into the movie production field so I know how hard it is to make a short film let alone an 80 minute one idependantly on a less-than-shoestring-budget.

kudos to the filmmakers for makin a fun film. i'll have a review for it up at horrorheads.net at some point. check for updates under the "mind of a killer link"

The thing that I think is funny is that this much comotion is being made about a film that was as terrible as this. I rented it after seeing an ad for it in a magazine. What a crappy way to decieve someone with a cool looking dvd cover. I love zombie movies. I can't see how anyone could argue that this movie ISN'T one of the top 5 worst zombie movies ever. Probably in the top 50 worst movies ever made. I just threw that out there. But certainly a disgrace to the zombie genre.

This story probably happen with movies like Little Man and Ultraviolet.
