Wouldn't it be nice if there was an update on the girls featured?

I once asked the BBC this question, but didn't get any reply.

I would certianly be interested in seeing if their lives have changed, etc

Yes indeed, I'd have appreciated their responses after their participation in Mass Games at least, instead of the programme just ending.
