Broadway's Hoop Dreams?

It has that feel, documenting various artists on Broadway from musical development to the Tony Awards. It's definitely one of my favorite documentaries.

I like how in the beginning the Avenue Q people were counted out then gradually everyone warmed up to them.

It's so real, having worked with many of those Broadway artists.
