Director Choice

After seeing The Other Side of Heaven and being in awe at how beautifully made it was, I can't help but think that Mitch Davis will hit big with his next film. Although there have been many variations of this classic tale, it looks as though he will be dealing with a sensative issue and not heading down the road of Chardra's "Bride and Predjudice".

Anyway, if you haven't seen The Other Side of Heaven, check it out and see if you see what I see.

Cheers, Rob

The acting is alright, but the plot is flawed and some dialog corny and overly dramatic. The story is basically Romeo and Juliet, based in modern day Palestina/Israel. Watched a pre-screening last night, and I hope they do still change it before releasing it, otherwise I'd expect critics to tear it to pieces.
