This movie was a reworking of Romeo (Romi) and Juliet (Joleh.) Very sad story, very engaging. I'm going to watch it again before I return it. See it if you get the chance!

I was thinking West Side Story when I was reminded that its one and the same.

even though it's a romeo and juliet/west side story cliche'd plot, it is a great powerful movie and executed very well.
