Really it does. I mean the other inmates saying "Martha's been a bad girl!" Surely it couldn't have happened that way!
shareYou're right, it was dorky. It was really dumb. I highly doubt Martha's time in prison was anything like this movie portrayed. It all seemed totally made up and it was boring as hell.

Actually, I think they stuck pretty close to the facts. In the first part of the film (the events leading up to the trial, and the trial itself), I know they did, because I followed it. So I'm pretty sure the prison stuff was fairly accurate too. I'm not saying it's a great movie, but it does seem to be a truthful one. Sometimes the truth is dorky.
