98 minutes wasted...... again!

Thought I would give this film another watch as it's been a few years since I first watched it and couldn't remember much about, now I know why.
A very poor film that did very little to grab my attention, it just seemed no one could be really bothered in making this film a gooden, which it could have been.
How they managed to get Hopper and Madsen aboard on this I do not know, maybe blackmail of some sort.
Worst thing is that I wasted 98 minutes of my time on this, not once but TWICE!
