It's not that simple.
Circadian rhythm,how your brain is wired, training, personal habits are factors.
Some people just don't need as much sleep. Your body can be trained to need less sleep, something spec ops and the secret agent club would know about.
He does sleep, just not much. He looks to wake up around 2am ish so he's probably getting at least 4 hours or so a day.
I've had OCD insomnia since I was a kid. It's rare for me to sleep longer than 3 hours at a shot. It's just how I'm wired. I can function normally without noticeable fatigue for about 39 hours. The 24 hour crew is ready to drop, stop and snore halfway through my day.
You're screwed buddy. Get used to being tired. It sounds like you're a hard worker though so at some point what you sacrifice in sleep now will pay off. Just hang in there.
