He shot two people in the first fight scene in the office above the restaurant, one of them in the neck.

Correct. He held a gun on a couple of people, but he didn't shoot anyone with one.

Wrong. He shot the pimp boss right at the start with the silenced gun he took from the goon near the door. He died of a gunshot to the neck.

not on screen but i think he shot one of Pushkin's house guards the head. he's was on the landing near the bottom of the stairs... we don't see McCall gain entry to Pushkin's bathroom but, as the camera follows him leaving we get a glimpse of the aftermath and at 'said location' is a dead body and very familiar height, blood spatter on the wall.

but ya, not on screen.
