was this someones high school project?

as i refuse to beleive anyone adult had anything to do with this monstrosity.

even my kids walked out of the room saying it was stupid.

Thank you!

No not many adults did have much to do with it. Except that they took 250$ from every kid in that movie. Yes, every single one one of those little girl scouts had to pay 250$ to be in it. My son paid 250$ and had his scenes cut! As did many many many others.

Oh yeah, Frank Eakin made a killing off this movie and then used kids to do ALL the work so he pocketed all that moolah.

Then when the movie turned out HORRIBLE and people started posting bad reviews he had them all erased and re-posted with fake ones.

This man is pretty much skum.

Holy crap, how scuzzy.

My 3 yr old was watching this today and there's one scene where something magical happens and the screen goes dark. She said, "Where'd the movie go?"

Bad bad movie. Awful and rampant closeups, sometimes chopping off the tops of people's heads or cropping weirdly. What is with all the bloody closeups?

The writing is pretty putrid, too. The music sucks, it's FAR too dramatic and sweeping for a kid's movie, then it turns into this goofy silly zoinky music which is far too idiotic for anyone's ears. The characters are so wooden and contrived. You can tell these people aren't professionals. Probably no one on this production had ever made a film before or been to film school. Even Final Sacrifice (a student film) is better than THIS. This should be MST3K'd.

The villains in this movie kept reminding me of the ones in The Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers US TV show from years back, for some reason. They were just so unbelievably dumb. I didn't really get the bracelet, either. It seemed like they could have eliminated that from the movie (along with the creepy Hitler/Nazi parts) with little detriment, since it centered around the children solving the problems themselves. Ditto with the awful French accent. Movies IMO are about taking out the unnecessary things until all that's left is necessary and contributing.

reply

Yeah, it's not very good or well made.
