Poor quality on TMC

I just watched this on the Movie Channel (which is owned by Showtime, I think) and they totally butchered the presentation. The film was shown open matte and you could see all the lighting grids, scrims, booms and everything else you weren't supposed to in frame. Also, the picture quality was horrendous - like they mastered the video off a standard def positive print. What the hell? If I was the director, I'd be kicking some serious Showtime ass by now. And, by the way, I watched the film on the TMC HD channel, so if there was a hi-def master, that's the channel they would have shown it on.
