A few problems I have with this movie.

1. Why couldn't she lock herself in a room with the kids while the killer was in the house?

2. Why would she leave the safety of the house to go to the guest house knowing he could be out there?

3. How the hell did tiffany get the address where she was babysitting?

4. Who has a bonfire in the rain and why did it look like a kkk rally?

That is all.

#1: The killer would have gotten to them eventually.

#2: Jill thought that Todd (the Mandrakis' son) was at the guest house when she saw the lights on. She thought that Todd could help.

#3: Jill's Dad probably gave it to her. Even though Jill and Tiffany were on the outs, Jill probably didn't tell her Dad anything about what Tiffany did to her. She probably just kept it between her circle of friends.

#4: Someone else will have to answer this one!

Three years later, but yes to #2. As a kid, I thought that scene was so "thrilling." Rewatched it a few nights ago and really? You're really going to leave the (presumed) safety of the house and go outside where you KNOW someone is lurking around, just to see if the son can keep you company, and maybe explain why he didn't pick up the phone? I get that she's interested in college boys but Jesus what an idiot move.
