It was expected to hit screens on April 14th. Then May mid. Now the release date has been changed to June 1. Its today. How long do we have to wait?

There's a lot of negotiation going on between the producer and the distributor of the movie...
As proposed, the distributor has paid a tentative token amount of 1.5crore rupees for the rights to release this movie (as advance on a deal where he would pay remaining amount during actual release). But in between, the producer stepped back and there was another producer who took over the project and who said he will release it. (NAMES NOT MENTIONED FOR OBVIOUS REASONS!)
While this has happened, the distributor who originally paid the amount needs his money back and has withdrawn the deal... The first producer claims that he has paid back Rs.1 crore... However, there's 50lac rupees that he still has to pay..
For this issue, the original distributor has requested for stay and legally, the movie is with-held by the High court..
With reels ready for despatch and the new distributor (name unknown) ready to release the movie with a big bang, the movie still stands deceptive in legal grounds...
We can keep our fingers crossed either for the distributor to withdraw his case or for the producer to return the money back soon... Either way, the theaters can rock VV style!!!
Due to these jelly bizniz happening around the corner, the original heat for this movie is no more and there's not much of people who still ARE WAITING HARD to see the movie...
Nevertheless, KAMALJI... YOU ARE THE BEST!!!
