Spoiler: Isn't it strange that Duck didn't understand that Simon wanted revenge and kill the Fox directly when Simon told Duck about his journalistic proposition? Did Duck really think they were just going to interview the man who killed his childbearing girlfriend?

Whatever led you to fantasize that Duck was that ignorant and unaware? Whoa . . . it wasn't obvious that he understood Simon to a T. That he was caught up in the same motivation but much more conflicted? That he was a journalist first, and he sorted his ethics . . . between personal and professional lapses? You are thinking very concretely . . .
