so when was this really made? IMDB says 2009 - obviously wrong.
shareIt was released in 2009, but it was made in 2005. It sucked so hard that the studios just kept in their vault until it turned out that Amy Adams was becoming a star and then they thought they could probably make some money off it. Singing's quite good, but the script and production values are simply awful. The lighting reminds me of community theater and the sets are just sad.
