shareKay Amin was real. In 1974 her body was found in the trunk of a car. She was dismembered and sewn crudely back together. It is not with all certainty known what exactly happened. Two theories exist. One is that Idi Amin had her murdered when he found out she was having an affair with a Ugandan doctor. The second is that she died during a botched abortion by her doctor lover. He in turn mutilated her body to make it appear Idi Amin had her killed. Autopsy reports proved her to be 3-4 months pregnant. Her doctor lover was found dead the day before Kay's body was finally discovered. His death was ruled a suicide.
