How many freaking bullets does the guy have?
I counted 46 shots without a single reload.. lol..
can a pistol really have 46 bullets in one bar?
not without a big extended clip, no.
not only that but WHY do they all just keep shooting at the things over and over and over again when it obviously has no effect whatsoever? why even bother? what are the next 45 bullets going to do when the first one didn't even make the damn thing blink?
makes no sense just like everything else in these movies.
But with an big extended clip, yes. Kept shooting to please the people whom like to watch things being shot at. No bother at all. bullet #47 would have caused a blink. "Blink - It's the way!"
shareI'm actually watching this as I type (hey, it came on and nothing really better to do at the moment) and I DID see the snake flinch after about the 4th or 5th bullet - just before it turned to face the guy shooting. The girl then said "well, we know a 38 won't help . . . .". It was a 9mm, not a .38. I suspect it was making holes in the snake just not big enough to do any good.
OK, just saw another scene where the doc shoots at the snake and komodo after it ate the once scientist - and, his gun seemed to have one of the hollywood magazines in it too (unlimited ammo). I sure hope no more scenes like this in the movie.
There are plenty of calibers used for big game like cape buffalo and elephants which should be able to fell the dragon and the snake so hope they don't chicken out of the fight.
Whatever doesn't kill me only makes me stronger. How strong are you?
