can someone tell me what the *beep* does it means??

It just means, they don't want to rate it G because they are so hesitant to use the G rating now.

It means the colors are not focused correctly.

Seriously, I think it's a weird way of saying rude humor. Dumb and Dumber had the same rating label.

I'v heard off-color humor before and from what I have always heard it means like sexual humor

Off Color: fart and burp jokes, gross table manners, attitudes setting a bad example for young children.

They try to make jokes for adults that usually kids don't understand (ala Shrek). So it can appeal to various ages. So that usually gets a PG.
