Why did Jennifer Love Hewitt giggle like a drunk teenager 90 % througout this movie?

Love is so incredible, she can DO NO WRONG! I think she was amazing in this movie as usual. She is so incredibly cute and personable. And I love her show "Ghost Whisperer". She is great in that too...
