Literally the exact opposite of an original movie is a sequel to a remake.
And actually Hollywood makes many original movies, people just don't go and see them. They only go see big tent pole movies or sequels.
It's actually more profitable then ever to continue a franchise, hence why Hollywood is making so many sequels! Almost every big movie coming out is a part of a franchise.
So who knows, we might get a sequel to this amazing movie, that would be fantastic. If ever, now would be the time.
More of the same? What else could they really do?
A prequel explaining the origins might be good however.
They made comics based on certain characters from the movie that explain more of the origins. You can get them on Ebay. You guys should check them out as they are pretty good.
