Help With Dog Movie

I need help in finding this dog movie I saw a long time ago when I was like
7. All I can remember is that this brown dog escapes from this vet center
and kills the doctor he also saves this white wolf dog.

The second thing I remember was later on in the movie the white wolf dog
forces this litttle girl to go to this factory. Also in the end the factory
is about to collapse ans the whit dog saves the little girl.

Thats all I can remember as far as the plot,but it was an interesting
plot.
