Annoying character from season 1 episode "Allen."

Now the character I am referring to is the one who introduced T-Bag and just the way he said "you best speak that name in respect" following up with "Man killed and raped 6 kids in Bama" just made me want to see him get his ass kicked by C-Note or Lincoln. Like being a rapist/murderer is something to be revered.
