How is he still alive because at the end of The Final Break, wouldn't his body have been recovered by the prison/government? How could be have got away after freeing Sara?

Why would you ask this ? It's the biggest question anyone has had since it was announced it was returning Noone knows and won't until the show comes back

They visit his grave but I am under the impression they never had his body.

Thats what I would have thought. But in the trailer you see his body in suit.
