DVD problems

I got the 3-disc DVD, but on the episode with the babokaris and Carakillers it keeps cutting out, and I get something like, "the disc cannot be read at this point". Now this disc was new, with no scratches. I heard from someone else that they had the same experience with their TFIW DVD, so I was thinking maybe there was a production fault. Are there any other people with the same problem?

I've had my 3-disc DVD TFIW set for 2 years and have had no prblems with any of the discs thus far, and i've watched it- a LOT. Maybe i'll go have a look at the amazon grassland segment and see if it skips, i'd hate to lose a part of one of my favorite documentaries.
