who? what? when? where? why did the chick go back to the lawyer killer. Who killed the assassin guy and girl on the barge? Did the assassin kill the girl or shoot at the side of the road?

yeah I thought that whole deal with the Lawyers wife was ridiculously confusing. I was like...wait that was his girlfriend all along? wtf? Was she just saying all that stuff "I waited for you, etc etc." just to get the cop to let go of her husband? This movie was complete crap and here I thought it would be something like infernal affairs.
