painful and irritating
Man! Sometimes, this movie could be painful and just downright irritating to listen to. What the hell is up with their voices being really high pitched?!
shareWere you listening to the mandarin dubbed track? Mandarin sounds pretty high pitched in comparison to cantonese, the original cantonese track is always much nicer to listen to.
shareI was pissed because the subtitles weren't matching up. they were all delayed about 5 or 6 seconds so it made the movie even more confusing :S

sharethere is a dubbed german version out there. its on tv rite now as i m typing this. its pretty good so far. good cinematorgraphy, editing + impressive sets. only the story + script lack depth. too bad. characters are also written really bad.
still if u r after some kickass hong kong action shot w beautiful artistic touch - go for it.
