Thanks a lot, mr. BarĂ²n. That's exactly what I wanted to see: girls ALWAYS WITH THEIR UNDERWEAR ON !! OFFSCREEN GORE !! Endless dialogues, crappy acting: the prostitutes are unwatchable !! Esta pelicula es una mier** !! Mega-boring !! I hope your career ends up here, if you have to deliver us these crappy flicks. Who needs it on dvd.
Thanks for the support Roth :)) Please avoid also other stuff like SHEITAN, SOMNE and STORM...you can check my posts ;) They killed the audience at Fantasy Film Fest !!!!
Yeah, I gotta admit, Hostel was cool on paper, but the film sucked. High Tension and Wolf Creek are two of my favorite movies of all time. So brutal. And I don't want to hear anyone complain about the 45 minutes of Wolf Creek before the torture starts, it was a great movie. But seriously, will I like H6?
skyraid, haven't seen Hostel, but I'm with you on High Tension and Wolf Creek. I thought both were great, new classic horror/suspense films. I know people complain about Wolf Creek taking too long to get going, but I disagree. For one thing the outback photography was haunting and beautiful, much like the 1986 version of The Hitcher, which I think Wolf Creek shares many similar aspects of.

Hostel was a joke. I laugh at jokes.
As someone mentioned, it did read well on paper; but the mediocre acting killed this filmed before it even had a chance to stand on its own feet.
I'll give the sequel a chance, but only because Mr. Roth is such a genuine guy. He's trying hard to bring the Japanese "Shock" culture over here, but I don't think that it's translating very well.
Yup, if it doesn't have gore or gratuitious nudity in it, the ADD generation will just call it boring. It was a good movie if you were patient enough to watch it, of course it seems just more people whining about how they weren't stimulated through the entire film.
