we should all hope that inmates dont get to see the movie or any other for that matter. Its punishment not a vacation

It's one of those things I hear about and then I do research and yea, if you all only knew what our tax dollars pay for. Of course everyone doesn't care cuz they've never been to prison and they think it's horrible. When it really isn't. Did you know you can get a degree in prison, a job, access to the internet and all kinds of books, 3 meals a day, exercise equipment, its not all that bad...
shareI personally know 2 people VERY well who are prison guards and yes, you'd be surprised what they get to do and YES, they will probably let them watch this movie, depending on the facility, they usually have "movie" night for them and everything...
I mean, they get to vote, so if that right hasn't been stripped from them, you best be letting them watch whatever they want, right?

Just because prisoners screwed up and got themselves into prison means they should have no rights or privileges when they're in there?

shareIn Canada yes. In fact I'm watching it in a Federal Prison right now. The inmates pay for cable and it's being shown on the movie channel. I'm the O.I.C. and have it on in the background.
I actually enjoyed this movie and it was fairly accurate although over the top for the first half and then got silly. I enjoy Will Arnett in almost everything he does.
Are you kidding?! They're there for prison time! Not torture time! Showing this movie is too much! Heck, I heard the al qaeda play this movie to an unsuspecting american and wham! Whatever info they need, it's theirs.
Honestly, I believe the people in prison can change. Please don't torture them with inhumane stuff like watching 'let's go to prison.'
