Why did Kiko take them to the house?
If he didn't want them hurt?

He DID want them hurt...at first. He changed his mind when they were swimming in the cave, and made friends. After that, he tried to talk them out of it, but they wanted to go on to the house, and refused to go back to town. He'd already told them how to get to the house, so when he dove off the rocks and hurt his head, they just carried him there. Big mistake on their part.
How's this gonna work if you don't do what I say?
right, kiko basically delivered people to that crazy doc and like whippetchick said, he sort of changed his mind about delivering that particular group once he realized he liked them.
