The movie Central Station

According to the movie Central Station from Brazil (a must see) there is a belief in that country that Brazilian children are sold for the purpose of harvesting organs. This was also addressed early in Turistas. Just thought I'd throw that out there after reading the "propaganda/stereotype/bad Americans" threads. The makers of Turistas probably just took this little known belief and developed it into a movie. It's an original idea (other than the '70d movie Coma) and much better than the remakes and tv show-turned movies Hollywood is making today.
