I was gonna go to CA a few years ago but canceled it for other reasons. Now I am glad I did seeing how things are pretty crazy in South America for tourists. So it should be even worst in CA. What's the deal with the Latin countries?

FYI: the countries with the biggest 'organ black market' related problems are China and India. Latin Americas figure real low on that list--the US plays a bigger role in the illegal trade of organs--and allegations of "stolen organs" in certain South and Central American countries that were popularized by a documentary series (and exploited in "Turistas") turned out to be false.
