Answer: Siegfried's german. Nightmare doesn't matter because the armor of Nightmare's is Siegfried's, being that when Soul Edge took over Siegfried from Cervantes, his armor became Soul Edge's. I think that's how the armor came about anyway. It might've been something weird involving the fight between Soul Edge and Xianghua once Cervantes died...anyway, Soul Edge and Soul Calibur take the form of whatever weapon the wielder is used to. Which sorta makes Nightmare German by the transitive property. Soul Calibur geek.
