I found out this article in "release dates" on IMDb.

I don't know what "video premiere" means. Is it different from "premiere" in general?

I agree that this movie will be straight to video.

...But why not DVD?

When they say "straight to video", they don't literally mean VHS. Straight to video means it won't be released in theatres, and will go straight to DVD nowadays.
