I dont like Brendan Fraser but he was quite good in this movie

He was hammy.

Ok, i just gave you my opinion,nothing else,i wouldn´t be giving him props if i thought he was hammy,and im not the biggest Fraser fan,he is annoying in almost every movies,but he was nice here
