who was lady talking in the beginning/ Patricia Clarkson

Marketing Video: Alaska. Vast wilderness of the north. Land of great natural beauty and diversity. This is rugged county, land of black gold. Alaska's North Slope has been producing oil out of Prudhoe Bay" who was the voice/lady telling this opening,.....it sounded like Patricia Clarkson ???

That was my question too. Does anyone know? I thought it sounded like Patricia Clarkson too but it doesn't list it in her acting credits.
