What the hell is with the blue bag?

When Denzel needs someone to translate the Albanian they're hearing from inside the bank, he uses this hot Albanian chick. When she enters the Mobile Command Center she hands Denzel's partner a blue bag (like a gift bag). They set it down and the scene continues.

As the scene is ending Denzel hands his partner the blue bag and leaves the command center, at which point his partner glances down into the bag, says "aww *beep* that!" and throws the bag down in disgust.

Just....what....what the hell is going on there?

it clearly said... in bag were parking tickets of that chick...

I know they said she only agreed to help them if they wiped her parking ticket record clean, but two things:

* Why would she have to physically bring the actual parking tickets to have them expunged? That's not how that works. The police don't just magically wipe away your tickets by physically ripping them up. They have to go in the system and mark them as paid or just delete any record of them.

* My main question is why does Denzel's partner react like somebody took a dump in the bag when he looks inside of it?

* yes, and when they go in the system, they have to have some number of ticket. And thats why they need actual ticket

* Becouse deleting 100+ tickets probablly takes a lot of time and paper work and nobody wants to deal with it...

i also noticed his partner's reaction, and i think its just a directorial effort at comic relief to show how egregious her tickets were and to transition from that learning scene where they find out what's being said. its unthinkable for most people to rack up that many tickets and he kind of demonstrates that but the way he does it allows humor to try and be injected in what would otherwise be a normal cut away scene ending.
