Was there another movie that linked some Banker or rich guy to Nazi?

I remember this and I remember Jodie foster as a bitch but I think I am getting confused with the Elysium or was there other movies that Jodie foster did a role like this?
Was there another movie with clive Owen where he wanted to expose a businessman who had done business with the Nazis before they came to America.

You know I am watching this movie right now and I can remember fainly such a plot and Clive owen and Jodie foster. And I have a very good memory.

I dont remember a single scene from the movie and I don't remember William dafoe, Denzel and his partner in that movie.

SO did I watch this movie and complete forgot it which is not the case

Or am i confusing this with some other movie with similar plot or movies with the same plot not a bank robbery but about past connections to nazi a bank robbery and Jodie foster in a total different movie. I am confusing all three movies.

This person likely isn't on this forum to read it, but this film reminded me a lot of "The Bank Job"(2008). I have a feeling that is what the OP was thinking of.
I won't spoil it, but it involves robbing a bank, digging/construction, subterfuge, and deposit boxes with sinister information.
As a bonus it is based on an actual event, and from what I read about the real event, the important elements were quite accurate in the film.
