Very Poory Made Movie.

.

It seems the Directors were in way over their heads.
Poorly Directed, Poorly Filmed, Poorly Written, and Poorly Acted.
I understand it was low budget and all that,
but come on... First year Film Students could have done better.
Small wonder it went straight to DVD.

Did Poory make this movie also? That guy's a real character.

This movie is simplicity at its best, and I think it got the point across beautifully. No, there wasn't as much action, gore or nudity as most of today's horror movies that spell everything out for you these days. It doesn't mean it wasn't well done. He captured a woman, he held her out in the woods for well over a month. What the heck else could have happened? I'm sure he wasn't in the right state of mind when he didn't pack a TV made for camping and all the Wii ammenities.

You have a poor critique of the movie.

1) It was wonderfully directed. You need to consider the funding at the director's disposal. Despite your claim, you obviously DON'T understand it's low budget. Millions of dollars buys you good things like lighting, cinematography, editing, etc. With its shoestring budget, the director did wonderfully using location shots and natural lighting in many scenes. You want a tight budget to deliver your idea of a cinematic masterpiece? It's all relative, you knob.

2) It wasn't poorly filmed. In fact, it wasn't filmed at all. It was shot in video.

3) The writing was fine given the scope of the characters. What do you expect from a loner who lives in the woods for years? A shakespearean thesis on the significance of medieval operas?

4) The acting of the guy was good. The two women left much to be desired, so I agree with your statement for the most part.

You're saying you can't light and shoot your movie well if you don't have MILLIONS of dollars? Are you insane? What you need to make a movie look good is TALENT!

I too thought the movie was very poor in the technical department (except for the special effects which looked great) but I really liked the story and I kept thinking how great this would have been had it been made by more talented people.

Naha!

If the excuse will be poor budget, what would you say about
Found (2013)? I think it coated 5000 and keep you in your from
Beginnin to end.

The camera work is atrocious, it has nothing to do with the narrative of the
Atmosphere the director tried to create, its the shame ehiet you watch
On soap operas, special those hilariously Turkish ones.
