Glitch during the Radford Office mission

The mission where you have to break into Radford's safe, you have to rescue 4 civillians...I got the first one stuck in the elevator ok, but when I try to rescue the others, NOTHING HAPPENS! Instead of Tony telling them to get to safety, he just says "CTU" or "TAKE COVER!" and they just cower in fear and I don't get the credit for a rescue...what the hell?!

Nevermind, a FAQ/Walkthrough site told me that there were other hostages in other rooms that actually listened to what I had to say.
