I was trawling the message boards about this exact level with the exact same question, and you havent told me how to do it!!

Don't run outside until you kill all the bad guys inside. Stay near Chase... it's the best place to fight.

The only annoying thing is that someone broke into my flat and stole my PS2 and 24 Game! I haven't bought it again as I'm slightly miffed that I'm gonna have to do the whole thing again!! (*sobs*)
