Thief (yet to see what it has to offer, short and sweet 6 episodes should make it good and not drawn out).
As for the Black/white "getting pulled" comment, it was planned to be a 6 week project and then 30 Days comes back on. I'd say some of the individuals on the show are dumb, but the show itself is certainly interesting.

I would agree with the Quentin being the carver thing, but they made up for it with the Kit revelation.

Haven't watched Nip/Tuck but I plan on renting the seasons from Netflix. And Black.White didn't really interest me all that much.
They say that 60 percent of the time, it works every time.

Got bored with Nip/Tuck after about 5 episodes, didn't like Over There at all, and I haven't seen a full episode of Rescue Me.

Black and White is horrible and pointless. i hope it gets cancelled for good.
share1. The Shield (This show is.. it's just so good. Television is just rarely this compelling.)
2. Rescue Me (Can be a great comedy and a great drama, and I can't recall many shows that can pull off both so well.)
3. Over There (The premiere was overhyped and came off as cliched (which is why I think half of the audience dropped off), but it just got better and better until it got canned. Memorable characters, good stories, and good war action.)
It's hard to rank them after that. I like It's Always Sunny and Nip/Tuck, but both are kind of inconsistent. Honorable mention goes to 30 Days which I enjoyed, though I missed the last 2 episodes. I'm not ready to rank Thief yet until the season is done, but it's great so far.

As a fairly new watcher of FX, the only other show I've seen is Black.White. Concept's intriguing but I just don't think it panned out right.
