It's been so long since the last update. I have been anticapting this movie for about two years now. When are we going to finally see it on DvD?

I heard they are working on getting it out to a couple of film festivals in hope of drumming up some distribution. (Despite David Talbot's insistence that he had several distribution companies beating down his door to get their hands on RISEN.)As far as I know, it's been picked to be shown at one in Chicago. After that, if it gets a distributor it may take a couple more months to a year to hammer out the details of getting it available to the public. So, maybe sometime in 2008?
shareUPDATE news from some of the Producers of RISEN the film will get a screening at the Chicago Horror Festival on October 6th at a historic theater called the Portage Theater in Chicago.Anyone in the Chicago Area hope you can make it..lets hear your thoughts on the film if you do attend the screening.
Risen has also been submitted to the New York City Horror Film Festival at the end of October and since im from the NYC area, hope the film will be a part of this Horror-fest as well, lets keep our fingers crossed.
with screenings in the "big city's" im sure the film will be picked up by a distributer and will be availible in our DVD shops soon
