Like this show?

I remember watching this show in elementary school, and finding it kinda funny. Then, I started disliking the animation. Then, the voices of the characters (especially Johnny and Eugene). I started hating the show altogether by like 6th grade. My ADHD brother (granted, younger) loved it for a loong time. So, who exactly is this show aimed at? Just younger audiences, or people with ADHD? I was just wondering, because most of this board seems to be against the show.
